Over the last few weeks, Iโve been building a production-ready, AI-powered e-commerce platform that bridges modern web design with robust enterprise-grade backend architecture.
Think multi-role management (Admin, Vendor, Shopper) meets a stunning, premium dark matte glassmorphic UI.
โจ Core Features:
๐ค Aastik AI (Gemini Integration): A floating AI assistant helping users shop, combined with an AI onboarding tool that autogenerates full product listings (titles, tags, descriptions) from a simple vendor prompt.
๐ช Vendor Isolation & Analytics: Dedicated dashboards for vendors to manage products, categories, track incoming orders, and view isolated revenue stats.
๐งพ Automated Invoice System: Generates clean, printable itemized PDF Tax Invoices dynamically upon order delivery.
๐ Admin Control: Platform-wide oversight with interactive bar charts tracking order statuses and product distributions.
๐ ๏ธ Tech Stack:
Frontend: React 18.3, Vite, TailwindCSS (with extensive custom backdrop filters/animations)
Backend: Spring Boot 3.3.2, Java 21, Spring Security (Stateless JWT auth, Role-Based Access Control)
Database: PostgreSQL 16 (Spring Data JPA)
Building this gave me a deep appreciation for handling complex relational data schemas (isolating vendor data while aggregating platform analytics) and optimizing third-party AI API calls on the backend.
