Terms of Service.

Agreement between the Client and Abhik Sharma (Dev_Lead).
01. Service Provision
By initiating a "Service Request," you agree to engage in a technical collaboration with Abhik Sharma. Services provided include Full-Stack Development (MERN), Java Enterprise Logic, and AIML integrations. Each deployment is subject to a specific technical blueprint agreed upon before the "Execution Phase."
02. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement, all source code and system architectures developed during the project remain the intellectual property of the Client upon full settlement of the agreed "Resource Credits" (Payment). Abhik Sharma retains the right to showcase the "Artifact" in his professional portfolio.
03. Deployment & Liability
While all systems are built following Cisco-certified security foundations and clean-code principles, Abhik Sharma is not responsible for any external data breaches or system downtime caused by third-party hosting providers or client-side hardware failures after the final handover.
04. Termination Logic
Either party may terminate the deployment sequence with a 7-day notice period. In the event of termination, the Client is liable for all technical nodes completed up to the date of termination.
